Wide driveways allow for easy maneuverability of vehicles and can accommodate tractor trailers and moving vans. Raised flooring prevents water intrusion.

Optional temperature controlled nits are cooled to a temperature of 78 degrees in the summer and heated to 50 degrees in the winter. Climate control is suggested for items such as records storage, archive files & paperwork and sensitive equipment that can be damaged by humidity.

Our fenced in, well-lit facility is accessible seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We feature computerized gate controlled access and reinforced door latches. We use the industry's highest quality disc padlock or you may provide your own lock. In either case, you have the only key.

The security system includes a 24 hour multi-camera video surveillance and individual door alarms on each unit. Each unit is assigned an individual keypad access code.
